Analyzes and interprets case law, court reports, and proposed and existing laws, rules, regulations and company policies related to labor law to communicate on how they impact the organization's operations. Designs and implements legal risk mitigation strategies and policies in labor. Advises senior and other levels of management and personnel on legal and related risks associated with DPDHL's operations in area of labor; advises business on legal trends and developing areas of law.
We are seeking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will encompass within development and design the whole 'value-added' chain involved in practically developing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of the customer.This includes the analysis of systems and requirements, and the design and build of solutions that may be off-the-shelf or through third-parties.
As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You analyze, design, and develop integrations in accordance with established standards and patterns, working closely with cross‑functional teams.You create technical specifications, data models, as well as operational and integration concepts.You advise various teams on efficient integration solutions and assess the associated effort and benefits.You take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of an integration, including design, mock, development and testing, UAT, go‑live, hypercare, and troubleshooting.You actively contribute to the further development of integration standards and patterns in order to increase the reusability of components.You ensure the quality of integration components, for example through code reviews, technical exchange with other developers, and the continuous improvement of internal development standards.You optimize the performance of existing integration solutions while keeping stability and scalability in focus.
